Fun Fact: We were sooo excited when our friend Jordan asked us if she could do a Style Storyboard based on one of our outfits as inspiration. It's the last picture featured above. Her blog is called Style Story board and she takes inspiration from Fashion, Culture, Art, Lifestyle, Music and Design which brings life's stylish inspirations all together on one amazing mood board! We love how she put it together with Christopher Kane's embroidered jacket, red lipstick, Nirvana boots, and that cool gold log candle! I also love how she made my look inspired by Japanese street style. Check out her blog, it rocks! I actually just got this dress and jacket from a fabulous vintage sale last weekend! The dress is from the 1940's and all hand embroidered and this technique is called trapunto. I was sooo completely obsessed, I had to get it! The vintage jacket is from Paris from the 1920's! Teacher's used to wear it so they didn't get chalk all over their clothes when they were teaching! Hahaha! How clever!
