On Repeat

Skirt & T.Shirt: Courtesy of Anarchy Street. Shoes: Miu Miu.
Clutch: Alexander Wang. belt: Vintage.

Loving this skirt and top from Anarchy Street. I can see this outfit being a repeat offender- I wore my green one (seen here) over and over again. I like the swooshiness of them !

This will be the last post from LA. We fly back to London later on today. My shoes seeme to have multiplied and I can barely shut my suitcase. When will I learn!?

Lean Green

Skirt & Leotard: American Apparel. Shoes: Miu Miu.
Bag: Courtesy of Nicole Miller.

This skirt makes me want to stamp my feet and pretend I'm a flamenco dancer! It's become an instant favorite, worn three times and counting....

Zest

Jeans, Shirt & Leather Jacket: TopShop.
Shoes: Miu Miu. Bag: Alexander Wang.
Lipstick: MAC 'Lady Danger'.

Approximations of this outfit have become almost my 'audition' uniform whilst here in LA. I love the reliability of a silk shirt, they're a true cornerstone in my closet. I loved the shape of this one so much that I bought it in two colours. See the grey one here.

I hit the vintage market on Fairfax and Melrose this weekend. If any of you plan to be in LA soon, it's well worth a visit. I got another pair of the denim cut offs that I love so much. $10!!! Don't get me started on how much these cost in Urban Outfitters in the UK! See my old pair here, here & here. The new ones will be up as soon as it's warm enough to wear them again.... It's actually been cold here this week. Yuck.

Night School

Skirt: PINE. Jumper: Courtesy of Storets.com.
Shirt: American Apparel. Loafers: Miu Miu.
Clutch: TopShop. Hat: ASOS

I'm having trouble wanting to wear any other shoes at the moment. These have all my favorite qualities: Black. Patent. Studs. It also helps that compared to my usual 5 inch heels these are like slippers!

P.S You can read my run down of the Golden Globe dresses here

Tartan

Denim Shorts & Belt: Vintage. T.Shirt & Coat: TopShop.
Bag: Mulberry. Shoes: Miu Miu. Sunglasses: Kiss.

The weather was so nice today that I got to wear one of my 'lighter' coats. I bought this one over 5 years ago and it's still one of my favorite pieces. I don't keep it with my everyday clothes so when ever I come across it, it's always a nice surprise.

Me and the boy will be off to LA soon. We're going for a couple of months to do some meetings and auditions. I looooove being in LA! I'm already planning when I will be hitting the vintage markets.... For some reason LA has THE best vintage! I plan to stock up on this trip.

p.s I want to do a f.a.q post... Ask anything you want to know by commenting on this post or by sending an email to ringmybellblog@gmail.com and I'll answer in the next post :)

Swallow's Blues

Shorts: Vintage Levis. Shirt: American Apparel. Cardigan & Socks: TopShop.
 Shoes: Miu Miu

These swallow socks are so Miu Miu-ish and cute that I couldn't resist them. When the weather turns colder I'll wear them peaking out of my dm's but for now it feels right to put them with the Mui Mui shoes... I think they're very happy together.

We shot the promo for Bedlam this week. I don't want to ruin it for you but I will say that I had to get veeeeeeery physical and I've ended up pulling my back out. I'm sure it will be worth it and I cannot wait to see the finished product! I tweeted a sneak peek of the set here.... That bed was NOT comfortable! We're half way through shooting the series now. 3 episodes down... 3 to go!

The winner  of the necklace is: Sian from http://shutterbug-z.blogspot.com. Her blog is lovely so go and have a look. Thanks to all who entered. I've enjoyed looking at all your blogs- I'm about half way through but I will come and see them all!

Spotted Stripes

Leather trousers, Leopard Coat & Striped Top: TopShop.
Shoes: Miu Miu. Clutch Bag: Alexander Wang.

The boy snapped these pictures before we went out on our date night... We went for a yummy dinner at Automat on Dover St in London where I learnt the lesson that apple pie and ice cream does not go well with tight leather trousers. I literally could not breath at the end of the meal!

I bought this coat way back in August and I've been dying for it to be cold enough for me to actually wear it. If any of you fancy getting one for yourselves I recommend buying it in a size down. I ended up getting mine in a UK6 from the petite range so the sleeves are super short. I love a good bracelet sleeve.

The boy bought me the Wang clutch from New York. He picked it all by himself. He's stylish AND a good photographer. This blog would be nothing without him :)

Circus

Dress: Courtesy of Urban Outfitters. Shirt: American Apparel.
Loafers: TopShop. Bag: Balenciaga. Sunglasses: Rayban. Nails: 'lemon' from Barry M.

My absolute favorite thing about these pictures is the lady with the blue nails who's looking at the camera like "WTF!?!?". Hilarious!

I went Bikini shopping in Oxford Circus today. I adored all the ones in my earlier post but they were all £100 and up. A little too much for scraps of material right? Anyway I found a very cute one in River Island that I'm in love with.

I think the frills add a flirty vibe and the print feels vintage. I'm very happy :) If any of you fancy one of these get the size up, the bikini pants are so tiny! They almost showed my whole bum!

There was some great stuff in River Island today... For those of you that don't already know, River Island have done a Miu Miu 'inspired' shoe... They come in both navy blue and pink. I didn't buy a pair but I've done all the research for you. They are obviously not as gorgeous and lovely as the Miu Miu ones but I think if you want a little fashion fix then for £50 they're great.

4.3.2.1

Dress: TopShop Boutique. Jacket: TopShop. Shoes: Miu Miu

This is the same outfit that I wore to the evening part of David's wedding. I'm not one of those people who only wear something once. Where's the fun in that!? It was a windy evening yesterday so I'm clamping my bag against my thigh in these pictures to avoid a 'Marilyn' moment. You can just see my girl Cyrena from Freak Deluxe in the back of the first picture. Check out her leather jacket.... She also did a home DIY stud job on hers. Looks amazing!

We arrived at the premiere REALLY hungry so we went to the after party via Mcdonalds. Mmmmmmmm. I don't usually advocate junk food but it's been ages since I ate Mcdonalds and last night it was yummy. We enjoyed sitting in there all dressed up and eating greasy french fries.

'4.3.2.1' is Noel Clarke's latest film. I know Noel from a TV show he wrote a few years ago. I admire Noel because is a no nonsense hard worker. He's writing films and he's getting them made. Can't really argue with that, can ya!?
Red carpet moment of the evening goes to Ophelia Lovibond. She looked beautiful! Not only does she have the best name ever, she also a lovely lovely girl :)
