Long and Short of It

A short skirt and a long jumper is an equation that always makes sense to me. There are more pictures of me wearing this skirt styled a little differently here.

The boy is finally home and he brought my engagement ring back with him :) It's such an old piece of jewellery that we were having trouble with a diamond that kept falling out. He took it back to London with him to have the designer repair it and now it's finally back on my finger where it belongs.  It's often joined by at least 3 other rings. I'm a ring magpie.

I'm so looking forward to my first american halloween. The 'Revenge' cast spent saturday evening at the LA haunted hayride in Griffith park. I screamed my ASS off. I'm such a baby! 

I still don't have a costume for the actual day.... All ideas will be greatly received :)

I think clothes with a masculine edge that cover you up can sometimes be even sexier then a tiny dress that shows it all.... Think YSL Le Smoking. So sexy.

Mint Candy Apple

Remember last summer when nearly every blogger under the sun (myself included) wore 'Mint Candy Apple' nail polish by Essie? These Jeans remind me of that. I might revisit that nail colour just for old time's sake....

If any of you are considering getting a pair of these shorts I recommend you go up a couple of sizes. They are cut very high on the leg and show a fair bit of bum! I took 2 sizes up.

I've had this TFNC shirt for a while and pure laziness prevented me from wearing it. It's difficult to iron! I've got myself a steamer now and it's like my new best friend. The back detail on this shirt is lovely and to really get the full effect you kind of have to go braless so I was on nipple duty the whole time I was wearing it. Thank goodness for the long hair ;)

Loving this skirt and top from Anarchy Street. I can see this outfit being a repeat offender- I wore my green one (seen here) over and over again. I like the swooshiness of them !

This will be the last post from LA. We fly back to London later on today. My shoes seeme to have multiplied and I can barely shut my suitcase. When will I learn!?

Fringe Thing

Good boots are like buses: You wait for ages and then two come at once. I got these Sam Edelman boots this weekend in a frenzied shopping spree at LF. I love the fringe detail on them. I can see myself wearing them all summer long.

I'm finished with 'Revenge' now. Back in LA for a few days and then..... we head to London!!! Cant wait to see Oscar :)
